Sounds dramatic, doesn’t it? Actually means that you can group phones together and then decide how they should ring. They could all ring at the same time, for example, or one after another. Calls could be distributed to different phones on a percentage basis, or to the user who has been idle the longest. You can also set a sequential order within the group to route calls through to.
